(1) All-electric solutions saving energy (lower running costs such as water, electricity, etc.)
(2) Electric injection molder allowing small-batch production, with little to no waste (saving on initial costs for molds, improved yield rate)
(3) All-electric stable molding (free from disturbance, improved repetition rate)
(4) Focus on user ease of use, making complicated operations as simple as possible for production
■ Structural feature
(1) Mold-closing mechanism The mold-closing mechanism adopts a double-moving-platen structure so as to evenly apply pressure to places near the center of the moving platens. Moreover, the servo motor which drives the mold-closing unit is located underneath the unit to save space.
(2) In-line screw type injection A hydraulically-driven screw with a diameter of 18 mm features a proven inline structure. Just like the mold-closing mechanism, a servo motor which drives an injection unit is located underneath the unit to conserve installation space.
(3) Servo motors fitted to all axes Since the servo motors are used to drive all axes including the mold- closing axis, injection axis, screw rotation axis and mold rotation axis, this achieves stable molding and better repetition rate, which are truly the advantages of having all electric technology.
